First we discuss your project and goals. You then receive a quote. Once you approve it, we create the concept and design, agree them with you and publish the website. The individual steps and dates are set out in the quote.
Ideally information about your offering, your contact details and — if available — logos and images. Anything you cannot provide yourself we clarify together. Who supplies which content is set out in the quote.
Yes, your existing domain can usually continue to be used. The exact arrangements for domain and email are discussed before the project and set out in the quote.
Hosting and ongoing support are not automatically included in every project. We will work out the right solution with you and set out the details — including any recurring costs — in the quote.
Depending on the solution, it may be possible to update simple content yourself. Whether and to what extent that makes sense is discussed during the project. Alternatively we handle changes as part of ongoing support.
